Well I just got back from the Armand Morin's Big Seminar in San Francisco, actually last night from when I'm posting. All I got to say is Awesome, awesome, awesome!
I had a total of 10 hours of sleep in 3 days... When my wife picked me I pretty much crashed on the bed.
Now that I am somewhat lucid, I think I can put my impressions on the event.
The Night Before
I actually got into San Francisco from San Diego that morning. The night previous, I worked in our urgent care clinic and stayed overtime sewing up some lady's nose who had fallen in the nursing home. I got home about 9pm, and had not packed one single thing. I was determined to watch the Amazing Race finale. One thing led to another and I finally got finished packing at 1:30 am. Did I mention my flight was at 6:30 am and I live 45 minutes from the airport?
Well, for me to get there on time, I had to leave at 4:30 am. I am a recent Lexus owner and I did not want to have my black car sitting in the sun for 3 days. But try to convince my wife to wake up and drop me off at 4:30 am. Forget it! I had car service pick me up so they came at 4:00 am. Total amount of sleep: 1 1/2.
